Real Estate Terminal — a Bloomberg-style terminal for real estate investors
Real Estate Terminal, built by Pegasus Capital LLC — a Cleveland, Ohio
research-led firm founded in 2022 — collapses a four-hour, six-tool workflow (sourcing,
valuation, distress signals, underwriting, and ownership tracking) into a single screen on one
live data spine. Instead of juggling the county auditor, the clerk of courts, the sheriff's
auction site, listing feeds, and a spreadsheet, the terminal joins those sources onto one parcel
identity, scores every deal with a transparent 0–100 distress rating, and underwrites any
address in seconds.
Coverage is live in nine metros across five states. It is deepest in Greater Cleveland (eight Northeast Ohio counties) —
on-market listings, every active foreclosure case, sheriff sales, county and city land banks,
and tax delinquency. Greater Columbus (Franklin County and six collar
counties) has parcel records and listings across the metro. Franklin carries the deepest
foreclosure, tax, and land-bank layers; collar-county depth varies. Birmingham, AL (Jefferson
County) and Greater St. Louis, MO (city and county) are live with parcel
masters, listings, tax-delinquency rolls, and condition intelligence, with auction pipelines
expanding. Charlotte, NC (Mecklenburg County) is live with on-market listings;
its parcel, condition, sale-history, valuation, and distress layers are still building.
Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin, TX have live core-county
parcel records and listings. Houston and San Antonio add trustee-sale and tax-auction signals;
DFW adds tax-auction signals; Austin's distress and auction layers are still building.
It is built for sophisticated investors: buy-and-hold and Section 8 landlords, fix-and-flip and
BRRRR investors, wholesalers, and acquisition teams. Access is by plan — account creation takes about 90 seconds
with no credit card at signup. Pro is $70/month; Portfolio Pro is $179/month with a one-time
concierge onboarding; Enterprise is contract-based.
